Chad knew from a young age he wanted to work in construction. Attending Central Nine as a teenager and excelling in his class, led the way to Vincennes University and a degree in Construction.
Chad has always known he owes a part of his success to his irreplaceable team whom he also considers friends. Coty and Scott since 2015, and Steve and Tony since 2005. These gentlemen, along with every person on the team, continue to uphold the superior reputation of CMP Plumbing, and will always perform the impeccable work our customers can depend on.

CMP Plumbing got it’s start in a small building next to Chad’s house in Trafalgar. From 1995- 2019, Chad and his employees reported to Chad’s house and shop each day. After years of hard work, quality craftmanship, loyal customers and employees, Chad made the move in 2020 to Bargersville and a beautiful new office.
